These systems are also named as
bi-fuel and generally used in generators or fixed rotation engines used in the
industry.
In dual-fuel system, no big change
that would affect the normal operation of the diesel engine is made. Only when
the diesel engine is operated normally, natural gas is sent inside by
progressive stages from admission manifold. The maximum amount of sent gas
changes with respect to the type of the engine. This ratio can be 90% natural
gas- 10% diesel in slow rotated diesel engines. But in 1500 rot/min speed
generator engines, this ratio is 70% natural gas- 30% diesel generally.
In this system, when engine works
under total load, generator or diesel engine continues to work even natural gas
fuel is cut off.
Dual-fuel system that our

Its most important characteristic is knock prevention system. Namely, damage of
knock is prevented by feeding the natural gas fuel to the diesel engine. Because
there is no such system in other models, those models are cheap. But they don’t
feel the formation of knock, it may cause extensive damage. Pay attention to
existing of the anti-knocking system, when getting a price for systems.
Dual-fuel systems save a lot for fuel in the generators that work
300 hours or more in a year and pay back installation charge in a year, also
make money each year after the first year. When the power of the generator or
